How Booking Works

Step 1

Contact us — call or text with your preferred date, group size, and occasion type.

Step 2

Choose your yacht — based on your group size and event, we recommend the best vessel from our fleet of three (45–67 ft). See our fleet →

Step 3

Secure with deposit — a 50% deposit confirms your reservation. Your date is locked once the deposit is received.

Step 4

Show up and celebrate — meet your captain at Arrowhead Park in Hickory Creek, TX (75065). Bring your cooler, sunscreen, and guests. We handle everything on the water.

Balance due day of charter. Remaining 50% is paid when you arrive at the launch point.

Over 500 charters completed. Veteran-owned. USCG Master Captain licensed. Flexible rescheduling if weather changes — your deposit transfers to a new date, no penalty.

Before Your Charter — What to Bring

Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses. Towels and swimwear. Cooler with food and drinks (BYOB — no glass bottles). Phone for Bluetooth sound system. Decorations (if celebrating). Camera. Comfortable shoes that can get wet.

Do NOT bring: Glass bottles. Pets. Illegal substances.

Rescheduling Policy
Weather: If conditions are unsafe (lightning, severe storms, high winds), Mutineers offers flexible rescheduling. Your deposit transfers to a new date with no penalty.

Voluntary changes: Contact us as early as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
