Per charter, by vessel and time slot

Party Yacht Charter Rates

Our party yacht rates are set per charter, by vessel and by time slot, not per person, with a 4-hour minimum on every party yacht charter. Pick the yacht that fits your group size, find your time slot, then request your date by phone or text.

This page is the one place that carries our full rate table, broken out by yacht and by time slot, so you can see the price for your date before you book. You can also request a quote for your exact group, time slot, and season.

What you pay depends on three things: which party yacht you book, the day and time slot you choose, and the season. Rates rise with vessel capacity, with weekend and prime midday slots, and with holidays.

Every Mutineers charter runs with a USCG Master Captain with 30+ years on the water, on a veteran-owned operation that carries commercial insurance and passes a Texas Parks and Wildlife safety inspection.

Hourly, captain included

Captained Watersports and Ski-Boat Rates

Captained watersports run on a separate hourly rate from the party yachts, and a USCG-licensed captain drives the boat for every session. A captain is mandatory on these boats; they are not offered as self-drive rentals.

The Lil Danger jet ski is $100 per hour with a 4-hour minimum, and it is an add-on to a chartered boat rather than something rented on its own. The Echo Danger ski boat is also captained; call or text for current Echo Danger rates.

The same core, every charter

What Your Charter Includes

Every party yacht rate includes the same core: a USCG-licensed captain and crew, private use of the vessel for your booked window, swim access, and all loading and unloading time counted inside your charter time.

  • USCG Master Captain & crew

A USCG Master Captain who runs the vessel the whole time, plus the professional crew.

  • Insurance & safety equipment

Commercial insurance on the charter and the Coast Guard-required safety equipment carried aboard.

  • Exclusive private use

Exclusive private use of the yacht, so no other group shares your boat.

  • Lower per person for bigger groups

Because the rate is per charter rather than per head, the larger your group, the lower the cost works out per person.

As one example, the 50-guest Gypsy Danger at its weekday rate of $2,268 works out to about $45 per guest at full capacity, because that one charter price is split across the whole group.

You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and BYOB alcohol for guests 21 and older. Bring your own ice and towels, since the boats do not stock them. Three rules apply on deck: no red drinks, no dishes containing rice, and no high heels. We do not coordinate catering, but we share trusted local options on our preferred vendors (coming soon).

Hold your date

Booking, Deposit and Balance

To hold your date, we take a 50% deposit at booking, and that deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your charter date.

A separate $300 cash damage deposit is collected by the captain at boarding and returned after the charter if there is no damage. Your charter time includes loading and unloading the vessel, so plan your start time to cover boarding at the dock, not only the hours out on the water.

We accept Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, ACH, and credit cards.

The captain makes the call

Weather and Cancellation

Charters proceed when water conditions are safe, and the captain makes the final call on the water. A guest's personal opinion of the weather does not by itself qualify for a refund, because foul weather is an understood part of an outdoor experience on the lake.

Unless the Coast Guard issues an advisory or prohibits watercraft, a weather-related cancellation refund requires owner approval. We attempt to reschedule within reason, though weekend dates often book 3-4 weeks out, so the sooner you reach us the more options you have.

An owner-approved day-of weather cancellation carries a minimum service fee, which covers prep work and dock and office staff time. Call or text for the current figure before you book.

Arrowhead Park, Hickory Creek

Getting Here and Parking

Arrowhead Park launch on Lake Lewisville
$5 per vehicle / dayCard, debit, or ATM card only

Charters launch from Arrowhead Park, Leg 1, in Hickory Creek on Lake Lewisville, about 25 minutes north of Dallas and central to the DFW metro. Parking at the park is $5 per vehicle per day, paid by card, debit, or ATM card only - the park does not take cash or checks.

Tell your group to budget for the $5 per-vehicle park fee on the day and to arrive with a card, since cash and checks are not accepted at the gate.

One rate, every occasion

Charters by Occasion

The rate table above covers every occasion; we do not change the per-charter price by event type. For the two most-booked group occasions, these pages walk through how the day works.

  • How much is a boat rental on Lake Lewisville?

A captained party yacht charter starts at $968 for a 4-hour off-season booking on the 24-guest Stranger Danger, and rises with vessel capacity, time slot, and season. Use the rate table above for your yacht and time, or call or text with your group size and date for an exact quote.

  • How much is a yacht rental?

A yacht rental uses the same per-charter rates as the table above, since our party yachts are the charter yachts. The larger-capacity yachts cost more than the smaller ones, weekend and prime midday slots cost more than weekdays, and holidays carry the highest rates.

  • How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?

The deposit is 50% of the charter rate, taken at booking, and it is non-refundable. The balance is due 15 days before your date, and a separate $300 cash damage deposit is collected at boarding and returned if there is no damage.

  • Is parking free at the launch point?

No. Parking at Arrowhead Park is $5 per vehicle per day, paid by card, debit, or ATM card only, with no cash or checks accepted.

  • Do we need a boating license or a captain?

No license is needed on your end, because a USCG-licensed captain is included in every charter and runs the boat the entire time. You can read more in our captained boat rental on Lake Lewisville pillar and the Lake Lewisville boating guide.
