Yes. Mutineers offers captained ski boats (wakeboard, ski, and tubing) and a jet ski that can be added to your charter. All watersports are captain-operated — Mutineers does not offer bareboat or self-drive rentals. The jet ski is available only alongside a charter booking, not standalone. No. Every Mutineers charter includes a USCG-licensed captain who handles all navigation and safety. Texas boating-education requirements apply only to self-operated vessels — not captained charters. Your group has zero responsibility for operating the boat.

Every Mutineers charter includes your USCG Master Captain, crew, all safety equipment, premium Bluetooth sound system, swim-deck access, and a gas grill. BYOB is welcome — beer, wine, and champagne are allowed for guests 21+. Restrictions apply: no red drinks, no rice, and no high heels on deck. Bring your own cooler, ice, food, sunscreen, and towels — Mutineers does not provide ice or towels.

Charters proceed whenever water conditions are safe — Texas weather is unpredictable, and rain and sunshine often alternate throughout a single day. Unless the Coast Guard issues an advisory or prohibits watercraft, weather-related cancellation refunds require owner approval. Rescheduling is accommodated where possible, but weekend dates are typically booked 3–4 weeks out during peak season.

Yes. Every Mutineers vessel carries standard-size life jackets for children, and the captain operates sober at all times with First Aid and CPR certifications. If you need special-needs sizes (above XXL or very small child), bring your own Coast Guard–approved life jacket. The Gypsy Danger's enclosed cabin provides shade for younger guests — and we run family-friendly birthday charters regularly, from toddlers to grandparents on the same boat.

A captained yacht charter removes all responsibility from your group — no boating license, no designated sober driver, no liability for the vessel. Mutineers yachts are larger (45–65 ft vs. typical 20–24 ft pontoons), carry up to 50 guests, and include sound systems and swim decks.
