Plan your day · Lake Lewisville
Preferred Vendors for Your Charter
Mutineers does one thing and does it well: a captained charter on Lake Lewisville, run start to finish by a USCG Master Captain. Catering, cakes, photography, and music are not loaded onto the boat by us. Instead, we keep a short list of trusted local vendors and share the right names and numbers when you book, so you can build the day around food, photos, and entertainment without sourcing every piece yourself.

How Our Preferred Vendors Work
Our charters are BYOB and bring-your-own-food, so the extras are yours to choose. The list below saves you the search — you book the vendors directly, and we keep the boat running.
Tell us what you need
When you book by phone or text, mention the occasion and the extras you want — catering, a cake, photos, music, or decor.
We share vetted contacts
We hand you current names and phone numbers for the local vendors that fit your group and date. No markup, no commission.
You book direct
You contact and arrange the vendors yourself, so you keep full control of the details, the pricing, and the timing.
Trusted local partners
Vendor Categories We Can Recommend
From the first bite to the last photo, here are the partners we point Lake Lewisville charter groups toward.
Catering & Bartending
Caterers and mobile bar services that know how to plate and serve on the water, from light bites to a full spread. The charters are BYOB and bring-your-own-food, so this is the missing piece for a hands-off group.
Cakes & Desserts
Bakeries for birthday cakes, celebration desserts, and grab-and-go treats that travel well and load easily at the dock.
Photography & Video
Photographers and videographers who shoot on boats, so your milestone — engagement, anniversary, graduation, or reunion — comes back in images worth keeping.
DJs & Entertainment
DJs and live entertainment for groups that want more than a phone playlist. Each charter is private to your party, so you set the sound.
Decor & Florals
Decorators and florists for balloons, banners, themed setups, and arrangements that secure on deck and clear out cleanly at the end.
Transportation & Lodging
Group transportation and nearby lodging contacts for out-of-town guests and bigger celebrations coming in from across the DFW metro.
Does Mutineers provide catering on the boat?
No. Mutineers focuses on captaining the charter, so catering is arranged through our preferred vendors rather than supplied on the boat. The charters are BYOB and bring-your-own-food, and the crew can point you to a trusted local caterer that fits your group and date.
How do I get the vendor recommendations?
Tell the crew what you have in mind when you book, by phone or text, and we share current names and phone numbers for the vendors that fit your event. You contact and book those vendors directly; Mutineers does not add a markup or coordinate the booking for you.
Can I use my own vendors instead?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own caterer, photographer, DJ, decorator, or cake. The preferred vendors list is there to save you the search, not to limit you. Anything you bring still needs to load and secure easily within the dock's loading window and the charter's on-deck rules.
Are there any on-deck rules vendors should know?
Three rules apply on deck: no red drinks, no dishes containing rice, and no high heels. Decorations and supplies load during a short window at the dock, and everything needs to be removed at the end of the charter. Share these with any vendor you book so setup goes smoothly.
Do you recommend vendors for weddings and corporate events?
Yes. For weddings, corporate charters, and larger celebrations we can recommend caterers, photographers, entertainment, and decor partners who already know how an event runs on the water. Mention the occasion when you book and we will tailor the recommendations.
